The latest addition to our elderly housing complex, Deer Meadows offers 30

rental apartments for the elderly (ages 55+). Tenants must meet current income guidelines and be able to live independently.

*Deer Meadows" is a complete smoke-free property.

Deer Meadows apartments include:

  • Two bedrooms Living/dining area

  • A spacious kitchen including a oven, frost-free refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher

  • Barrier-free bathroom with bathtub/shower

  • Lots of closet space for storage

  • Utility closet with washer/dryer hookups

  • Central air conditioning

  • Rents are based on annual income and include all utilities. Our current rents are set at $510, $645 and $695 per month

Deer Meadows amenities include:

  • On-site laundry facilities

  • Laundry hook-ups in units

  • Weekly trash removal (no charge)

  • Two large community rooms that are available for tenant use at no charge
